Shipping & Returns


Free standard shipping on U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required!

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing once your order has been placed. This does not include weekends or holidays
  • Your order will be delivered by USPS and should arrive within 3-7 business days.

2 Day Priority Mail Available!

  • Total cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders placed before 3PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed  and shipped the next day.
  • Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Your order will be delivered by USPS or UPS.

Please note that delays may occur that are beyond our control, such as weather, holidays and internal delays the USPS or UPS may encounter.

You are responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address you are responsible for any additional shipping fees. A re-shipping fee of $12 will be applied to have items re-shipped once the address has been corrected.

At this time we are unable to offer international shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to have this available soon!


We understand that some items may not work out as well as you'd hoped so we have made our return policy as simple as possible. Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns are for store credit only. No refund will be processed.
  • All returns must be post marked within 20 days of the day you received your shipment. If the return is postmarked after 20 days it will be rejected and a reshipping fee will be required to receive the items back.
    • All items must be free of stains, make up, deodorant, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, and must be unwashed, unworn with the tags still attached. Items will be rejected if any of the above is detected.
      • Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE only. No return will be processed for these items.

        Return Instructions

        1. Please review the above Return Policy to ensure your return meets all requirements. All returns not meeting these requirements will be rejected and a $12 fee will be charged to have items sent back to you.
        2. Please complete in full the Return & Exchange Form provided in your original shipment package.
        3. Place items and completed form in a safe shipping package and send return to:

        Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Please note that a return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.


        Love the item but need a different size? We offer an easy exchange process so you can get the right size! See our exchange policy below.

        • Sale items are not available for exchanges or returns.
        • Exchanges are available on the same item for a different size only.
        • Exchanged items must be free of stains, make up, deodorant, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, and must be unwashed, unworn with the tags still attached.

        You may exchange your item by following the steps below.

        1. Place a new order online in the correct size for your item.

        2. Send us the original item purchased and once processed  we will refund the original form of payment. Please complete the Return & Exchange Form received in your package and note the two order numbers for the exchanged item when sending us the original item.

        Please note that Free Shipping will be offered when purchasing item in the correct size, but shipping costs will not be refunded for the return of original item.
